Roscommon Sub Aqua Club provides an invaluable search and rescue service supporting the Civil Defence and Irish Coast Guard. The membership, made up entirely of volunteers, provides full training for new recruits who would like to experience the serene, slow-motion world of life below the waves.

You don't have to be a great swimmer to enjoy this sport. Novice swimmers and snorkelers evolve to become divers for whom there is no question of why scuba dive, only how, when and where will my next dive be!
